broken window cold room

Breakfast was included in the price which was a plus.

The room had a problem. The window was broken, and I could not close it all the way. It got really cold during the night.

clean rooms useful fridge bathroom smell unresponsive staff

the rooms were overall clean. the mini fridge was useful.

the bathroom had a strong smell. no one was available to assist at the hotel and the whatsapp number was unresponsive for a good part of the day. several customers were stranded in the lobby.

poor sound insulation no elevator

I found a few things disappointing . the room i was assigned seemed to lack proper sound insulation. I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and adjacent rooms, quite disruptive. also, i was surprised that there was no lift available. Carrying my luggage up the stairs was a bit inconvenient. it would have been helpful to have prior notice about the absence of a lift.
